Born in Calabria and trained in the world's finest kitchens — from Australia to Singapore — Mauro Gullì arrived in Dénia in 2021 with a mission: to bring authentic Italian cuisine to the most beautiful port on the Costa Blanca.
His time at one of Australia's top 50 restaurants shaped his philosophy: fresh, local, seasonal produce — above all, made by hand. Every pasta, every cured meat, every gelato comes from his kitchen.
