The flavours that make us Colombian
🥘 Bandeja Paisa — beans, rice, ground beef, chicharrón, chorizo, egg, plantain, avocado and arepa. The real thing.
🌽 Arepa Mi Pueblito — our house recipe, hand-pressed every morning.
🍌 Patacón Mi Pueblito — twice-fried green plantain, crisp outside, soft inside.
🥩 Chuleta valluna — breaded pork chop, Valle del Cauca style.
🍲 Wednesday sancocho — traditional Colombian soup, one day a week only.
Breakfasts like in Medellín
In Colombia, breakfast isn't toast and coffee — it's a full plate. Combo Paisa with refried beans, eggs, arepa, sausages and hot chocolate. Combo Ranchero with bacon. And the Super Combo, with chorizo and chicharrón, for days you need to start strong.
Served until 12:00. Come hungry.
Wednesday sancocho
Once a week we make sancocho. Chicken or beef soup, with plantain, yuca, corn and everything that belongs in it. The way it's served on any Sunday at a Tolima country house.
