Our barrel roast isn't a marketing gimmick — it's the technique behind every plate that leaves our kitchen. The sealed coals lock in the juices, sear the meat, and add that clean smoke you simply can't get from a regular grill.
We start with top-quality ingredients and let them shine. No heavy sauces, no shortcuts. The barrel does the rest.
Dinner only. Wednesday to Sunday.
Doors open at 18:00, kitchen runs until 23:00. Call ahead or just walk in — the barrel starts singing at six.

Street food doesn't have to mean fast and cheap. For us it means the opposite: taking the time to choose great ingredients, cooking them with proper technique, and serving them in a direct, unfussy format.
Every bite has to justify the trip to our door. If it doesn't, it doesn't leave the kitchen.
In the heart of Dénia, a step from the harbour
You'll find us at carrer Pintor Llorens 13, in one of the liveliest pockets of central Dénia. A quiet enough street that the smoke from the barrel reaches you before the sign does.
Walk over from the harbour, from Marqués de Campo, or from the castle. Sit down, and forget what day it is.
